Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other similar disciplines.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service officer, junior customer service officer, bank trainee, or equivalent role.
Duty Stations: Shashemene, Angetu, Bule Hora, Dila, Ginir, Moyale, Negele Borena, General, Bale Robe (General Wako Gutu), Hawassa
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other similar disciplines.
Experience: A minimum of two years of banking experience, with at least one year in cashier, customer service officer, associate customer service officer, or an equivalent position.
Duty Stations: Bule Hora, Bale Robe (General Wako Gutu), Halaba, Moyale, Negele Borena
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other similar disciplines.
Experience: A minimum of two years of banking experience, with at least one year as a branch accountant, customer service officer, associate customer service officer, or equivalent.
Location: Angetu, Halaba, Hawassa, Negele Borena, Dilla
Position 4: Grade I Branch Manager
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other similar disciplines.
Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant banking experience, including at least three years in roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or equivalent positions.
Location: Ginir, Halaba, Shashemene
