Siket Bank( formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) was held at the Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.
The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance services when full banking services are launched.
Siket Bank SC would like to invite competent and interested candidates for the ensuing position.
Position 1: Data Center Technician
Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree( BSC) in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of hands- experience in applicable job responsibilities. Level IV certification guaranteed with COC, in Electricity, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, and other related field of study from a recognized TVET college, with a minimum of 3 years of applicable hand- experience.
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency.
COMPETENCY
complete understanding of critical data center systems, including diesel generators, UPS systems, fuel systems, switchgear, power distribution equipment, air conditioning, fire discovery/ suppression, and facility monitoring systems.
Positive attitude towards work and adaptability to change. Strong cooperative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Position 2: Senior Internal Control Officer
Educational and Experience Requirements A minimum BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field of discipline. -4 years of related experience

Position 3: Senior Loan Review Officer
Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance Management, or Banking. Minimum of four( 4) years applicable experience at least one( 1) year on similar( Loan Review) position
COMPETENCY
Knowledge of colorful types of credit and financing risks. Good understanding of bank risks and applicable emerging issues in risk management. Knowledge of policies, regulations, and directives related to Financial Sectors Risk management skills including risk assessment, evaluation, quantification, mitigation, and reporting chops

Position 4: Branch Manager I
Educational and Experience Requirements A minimum of BA/ BSC preferably MA/ MBA/ MSC holder from recognized advanced literacy institutions in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, or a related field of discipline. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience out of which a minimum of 2 years of experience as senior customer services officer or equivalent.
