Addis Ababa Silk Road General Hospital (ASRGH) was constructed in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia in 2017 in an echo of the “ Belt and Road Initiative ” by AFEI Holding. This 14 story, new state- of- the- art hospital is committed to enhance China- Africa unbreakable  fellowship and strengthen innovation and practice to improve healthcare in Africa. This new facility is designed for two specific groups cases and their families and the healthcare professionals.  

Position 1: GYN/ OBS  Working Condition 

The working condition is regular hour.

Qualifications 

  • Medical degree (M.D. or original) with a specialization in Gynecology 
  • Valid medical license and registration in Ethiopia 
  • Minimum of 4- 5 years of experience as a practicing Gynecologist 
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of the  rearmost advancements in gynecological care 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and colleagues 
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team terrain 
  • Commitment to providing high- quality, patient- centered care  

Position 2: Compensation & Benefit officer  

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Manage the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs 
  • Examiner competitive trends in compensation and benefits and  estimate alternatives and costs 
  • Supports the payroll preparation 
  • Manages employee benefits 
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, including working conditions, hours and wages. 
  • Make sure that payroll and employee benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Follow up  profitable conditions, labor  request, and other factors related to ensuring the organization provides competitive and reasonable benefits and compensation scales and structures 
  • Develop and recommend benefits programs, salary policy lines, executive procedures, incentives, bonuses, and other special payment plans for specific segments of the population

  • Counsel managers on individual salary treatment for benefits programs, similar as insurance plans, paid time off, bonus pay, and special employer- sponsored activities

  • Ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued 
  • Oversee/ ensure the proper implementation of collaborative and administrative agreements across all sites

Educational Qualification & Work Experience 

  • Minimum of Bachelor/ master’s degree in HR Management/ Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Public Administration or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience  Knowledge & Skill requirements 
  • Knowledge of all regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation. 
  • Strong  logical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data. 
  • Computer proficiency and specialized aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products and HRIS. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set precedences.   
  • Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of accounting principles 

Fluent in English (Oral & Written)  

Position 3: ICT Specialist  

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Diagnose and refurbish IT hardware, including computers and servers. 
  • Perform secure physical and software data destruction. 
  • Manage server operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.  
  • Collaborate with thee-waste processing team for proper recycling and disposal. 
  • Develop new processes and technologies fore-waste management. 
  • Facilitate ICT skills building for staff to increase their competence in use of partnership applications (Horizon, Our People, etc) and ICT productivity tools  similar Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Lotus Notes, Web Ex, Skype, etc. 
  • Provide Service Desk Support for the staff by documenting, analyzing and troubleshooting for resolution of reported user problems as per the married Service position Agreement in professional and gracious manner.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or in related field of study. 
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience  
  • Knowledge & Skill requirements 
  • Have good communication skill. 
  • Language Fluent in English (oral & spoken) 
  • Experience in hardware refurbishment and data destruction. 
  • Knowledge of server management and network  structure. 
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations ande-waste recycling. 
  • Familiarity with software programming and Linux OS 
  • Problem- working skills and attention to detail. 
  • Knowledge in accounting is preferable.  

Position 4: Gyn/ Obs Professor Assistant  

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Provide care with knowledge, skill and according to the FMHACA standard policy and protocol of the hospital. 
  • Do patient round regularly according to the practice of the hospital. 
  • Follows  drug administration and storage procedures and regulations. 
  • Records/ collects patient vital signs and medical information. 
  • Adheres to infection- control protocols. 
  • Prepares patients and assists with patient examinations, investigations & therapies. 
  • Educates and instructs patients on home care  requirements after discharged. 
  • Effectively communicates with patients, families, physicians for the patient care. 
  • workshop with healthcare team members to assess,  apply, plan, or  estimate patient care plans. 
  • Inform the case  easily about the care you're going to give. 
  • Document your  exertion & case’s condition & keep oral & spoken report. 
  • Keep up- to- date knowledge and skill. 
  • Keep functionality and durability of materials needed for patient care. 
  • Make sure all  optional surgical patients estimated by Anesthesiologists & all surgery patients  subscribe informed consent & understand what's written there.  

Working Condition 

  • The working condition will be office or shift as per the hospital demand 
  • Minimum Specification Requirement  
  • 1. Educational Qualification & Work Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s gynecologist 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience 
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine  & Skill requirements 
  • Certificate on BLS and ACLS training. 
  • Successful completion of an internship and residency in ophthalmology 
  • Have good communication skill, good administrative and directorial chops & have some computer skills. 
  • Strong physics and math skills, and excellent medical knowledge. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem- solving, and decision- making skills 
  • Expert working knowledge of the diseases, functions, and anatomy of the eye. 
  • Language Fluent in English (oral & spoken)
