Position 1: Receptionist
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a receptionist role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Professional, friendly, and well-groomed appearance.
• Experience in healthcare or dental services is a plus.
• Strong digital skills and computer proficiency are essential.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Ability to use digital systems for appointment scheduling, patient records, communication, and other administrative activities.

Position 2: Marketing Officer
Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Experience in healthcare or dental services is an advantage.
