Position 1: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or a related field.
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and finance.
Skills: Practical experience in financial reporting, general ledger, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, taxation, and financial analysis.
Preference: Experience in a trading, import/export, manufacturing, or similar business environment.
Knowledge: Good understanding of Ethiopian accounting and tax requirements.
Software: Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills.
Other Qualities: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-up skills.
Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Integrity: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional responsibility.

Position 2: EXPORT MANAGER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, international business, marketing, economics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in export, international trade, commodity trading, or related areas.
Experience: Proven direct experience in export sales and international business development (candidate should have an established network of international buyers and demonstrated ability to secure export orders).
Experience: Experience in representing and preparing the company for local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other business events.
Skills: Expertise in digital marketing.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing international sales contracts.
Preference: Practical experience in agricultural commodity exports, particularly coffee, sesame, pulses, or oilseeds.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade documentation, logistics, customs, shipping, and international payment terms.
Experience: Experience working directly with international buyers and managing export transactions from sales contracts through payment collection.
Skills: Strong commercial negotiation, communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.
Skills: Strong computer and reporting skills.
Language: Excellent written and spoken English.

Position 3: SENIOR IMPORT & EXPORT OFFICER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in import/export, international trade, logistics, or related areas.
Experience: Practical experience in export documentation and shipment coordination.
Experience: Experience in representing and preparing the company for local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other business events.
Skills: Expertise in digital marketing.
Experience: Experience dealing with customs, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transit agents, and government authorities.
Preference: Experience in agricultural commodity exports such as coffee, sesame, pulses, oilseeds, or other export commodities.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.
Skills: Strong organizational, coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills: Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Language: Good written and spoken English.
Ability: Able to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
Position 4: SALES AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Related Fields.
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience: Diploma holders: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience: Direct experience in motor vehicle sales and distribution is mandatory.
Skills: Strong understanding of sales management, distribution systems, and customer relationship management.
Experience: Experience in representing and preparing the company for local and international exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and other business events.
Skills: Expertise in digital marketing.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
The ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding sales targets.
