Position 1 Driver – I  

Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade 3rd grade driving license or public level 1 or old 3rd level.  

Experience Four/ 4 years of applicable experience.  

Purpose of the Job To support the Bank’s operation through transporting individuals, cash and goods timely and safely.  

Essential Functions  

• Respect and adhere to the traffic rules and road safety regulations at all times;  

• Transport individuals, cash and goods to and from destinations;  

• Interact with clients professionally at all times;  

• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use;  

• Keep mileage records and repair records up- to- date;  

• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route;  

• Working at night, on weekends and holidays when requested;  

• Maintaining an systematized travel schedule;  

• Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary;  

• Clean the vehicle and refreshed at all times;

Position 2 Junior Facility Management Officer  

Qualification BA in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any other related fields  

Experience One/ 1 year of applicable experience rather in Banking industry.  

Purpose of the Job To assist the process of delivering effective and effective facility services in the bank.

Essential Functions

• Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit;  

• Properly maintain important files records and avail when required;  

• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;  
• Cleave to internal control system and risk  operation program of the Bank;  

• Handle other related  general duties  

Specific Functions  

• Provide different kinds of facility services to all organs in quality and timely manner for securing  minimal disruption of the business;  

• Process the provision of utility services and effect payments;  

• Prepare and process payments for maintained vehicles, insurance bills, outsourced  conservation/ repair work and other  eclectic payments;  

• Keep accurate records of outsourced facility service providers, maintenance/ repair works, mileages travelled and consumption of energy, oil, tires and downtimes and other applicable documents in soft and hard copy;  

• Fills out vehicle dispatch form based on request approval;  

• Handle other related duties as may be required

Position 3 Senior IT System Administrator  

Qualification BAB.Sc. In Computer Science/ Information Technology or any other related field.  

Experience 5 years of applicable experience preferably in banking industry of which 2 years on Officer position.  

Purpose of the Job To support the smooth functioning of the Bank’s day to day operations by  enforcing, securing and maintaining of the Bank’s enterprise systems and Datacenter.  

Essential Functions

• Take up the roles of the Division Manager in his/ her absence;  

• Actively participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan/ budget of the division;  

• tutor and enable staffs below his/ grades towards achieving their effective performance;  

• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct; embody the bank’s good culture and commercial image to the public;

Specific Functions  

• Administer and maintain servers Web Server, Application Server, Database Server, File Server, Mail Server,etc.

Qualification BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration and Development Management or any other related fields  

Experience 5 years of applicable experience preferably in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as officer position.  

Purpose of the Job To handle indigenous office plan and performance management, including the analysis and reporting performance of the indigenous office, districts and branches under the formers domain against a range of indicators to measure its progress in achieving the strategy of the Bank.  

Essential Functions

• Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;  

• Adhere to internal control system and risk  operation program of the Bank;  

• Provide the concerned organ with timely, applicable, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;  

• Implement timely corrective action on deficiencies and issues that have been raised or reported by different internal and external nonsupervisory bodies  

• Handle other related  general duties  

Specific Functions  

• Contributes in the designing of  colorful planning methodologies, guidelines and formats;  

• participate in preparation of applicable commercial  crucial performance indicators( KPI) used to measure performance and progress;

• Prepare yearly and daily progress reports and draft recommendations to capitalize on strengths and opportunities, close up deviations and work on limitations;  

• Collect  material data from districts branches under the regions domain, and analyze the factors that critically influence the performance of the Bank,  

• give professional input to districts in their medication of periodic/ plan budget in line with strategic plan, follow- up their effort for timely delivery, and compile it for indigenous level;  

• Assess the Bank’s market share under the region, and undertake the periodic  functional/ financial performance monitoring and evaluation;

Position 5 Customer Service Administrative – II( IFB)  

Qualifications BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.  

Experience1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.  

Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling  frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum  effectiveness; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Essential Functions

• Enhance the strong business relationship with customers and cross sell the bank’s positive image to the community;  

• Provide the concerned organ with timely, applicable, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;  

• Provide services as per the service level agreement

• Receive or dispatch consignment of cash from/ to the Treasury;  

• Verify the  diurnal cash receipts and cash bricks are in order, wrapped and initialed  

• Retrieve customer signatures, pictures and verify customers,  

• Perform other duties as required.

Position 8 Branch Manager Grade – I  

Qualifications BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields.  

Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager.  

Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank throughcross-selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services, and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.  

Essential Functions

• Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy of the Bank;  

• Plan and lead the resource mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch work force in an effective manner.  

• Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through  styles  similar as customer survey at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;  

• Ensure an  seductive banking service is delivered and maintained;  

• Plan and lead the resource Mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch work force in an effective manner,
