Position 1: Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC)  

Education Requirements:  
• Completion of secondary school is required, along with two (2) years of successful completion of a specialized vocational training program from an accredited institution recognized for producing journey-level skills in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems, maintenance, and construction services.

Qualifications:  
Experience:  
At least five (5) years of progressive experience in the practical application of advanced (technician-level) electrical, mechanical, or plumbing engineering systems to ensure that central systems or equipment function properly and to perform hands-on repairs when needed.
At least one additional (1) year of experience as a technical team leader or supervisor in construction, facility maintenance, or building operations.

Language:  
Good working knowledge in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.
Good working knowledge in speaking, reading, and writing Amharic is also required. (These may be tested.)  

Salary: USD $15,808 per year
