Position Contact Center Agent
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management, and/ or affiliated fields.
BSc. Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems
Experience
Four (4) years’ post-qualification experience in the Banking Sector, fin-tech, hospitality, Telecom, Microfinance, and related fields, with direct contact or frequent communication with guests.
Specialized Competencies
Knowledge of customer relationship and service quality management.
Good understanding of customer care service standards or benchmarks.
Knowledge of Banking products and services.
Knowledge of customer relationship and service quality management.
Knowledge and experience in ultramodern sales and marketing practices in fiscal services assiduity.
Specialized skills to effectively perform Contact Centre activities tasks in a manner that consistently produces high-quality service.
Project management skills.
