Position 1: Multimedia Officer- II
Qualifications and Experience BSC Degree in Business Management, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science & Information Science or related fields with Two( 2) years of applicable work experience.
Purpose: To design the bank's marketing and graphic design and share any precious information about the bank's products, services, and performances through these platforms to the targeted population, intended to enhance the bank's image, goodwill, and market share
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 2: Foreclosure Officer- II
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in transnational trade, Business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or related fields with two ( 2) years of applicable work experience.
Purpose: To facilitate or give direction on handling debt recovery, foreclosure activities, and write-off cases as well as insure compliance with own procedure and material public/ transnational laws.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Director, Digital Banking
Qualifications and Experience Bachelorette’s Degree Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with a focus on digital banking of which three years on directorial/ Administrative part.
Purpose: To manage and coordinate overall Selling of Digital Products and Service Activities of Branches Throughout the District.
Place of Work: Jimma District Office
Position 4: Area Manager
Qualifications and Experience Bachelorette’s Degree Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5( five) years proven experience in the banking or financial services industry of which; three( 3) years in related area & branch management role.
Purpose: To manage and coordinate the resource mobilization, customer base expansion, and functional excellence of branches under the area office, thereby supporting the bank’s growth initiatives.
Place of Work: Adama Branch
Position 5: Principal Enterprise Architect
Qualifications and Experience BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related fields, with six (6) years of applicable work experience, out of which one year as administrative/ elderly level.
Purpose To develop and manage the technology infrastructure of the bank in alignment with the nonstop business digital requirement of the industry
