Position 1 Junior Secretary  

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in executive Service Management and Technology Systems or related fields with two (2) years of applicable experience, OR Level IV/ Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Secretary with three (3) years of applicable work experience. ( COC is mandatory)  

Job Purpose to support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day-to-day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services  

Grade V  

Place of Work Head Office & City Branches  

Position 2 Secretary  

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in executive Service Management and technology Systems or related fields with two( 2) years of applicable experience. OR Level IV/ Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Secretary with four( 4) years of applicable work experience.

Job Purpose to support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day-to-day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services  

Grade VI  

Place of Work Head Office  

Position 3 Senior Digital Marketing Innovation Officer  

Qualifications and Experience Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a focus on digital marketing or financial services marketing.  

Experience Two years of work experience as a Digital Marketing innovation Officer or any other applicable work experience with the following competencies  Job Purpose The job will play a  crucial role in driving our digital transformation by developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies across all online channels. Moreover, the job will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and fostering deeper relationships with existing ones within the Ethiopian banking landscape

Position 4 Senior Digital Business Innovation Officer  

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any related field of study with one year experience as a Digital Business Innovation Officer- I or any other applicable experience;  

Job Purpose 

The purpose of the job is to make use of digital technologies innovatively and prepare digital marketing platforms. The Position is also responsible for digital products and services being properly promoted using digital marking platforms by using website analytics tools.

Position 5 Senior Loan Workout Officer  

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field with 4 (four) years of applicable experience  

Job Purpose To reduce the Bank’s problem loans and ensure amicable settlement of loans by developing workout strategies for resolution of problem loans, conducting negotiations with customers on the strategies, implementing endorsed workout resolution strategies, proposing write- off of hopeless loans and advances

Position 6 Senior Security Risk Assessment and Prevention Officer  

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in military science or any other social science field with 4 (four) years of applicable experience out of which one year as a Security Risk assessment and Prevention Officer or any other applicable experience

Position 7 Principal Facility Management Officer  

Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or any other related field of study with 6( six) years of applicable work experience out of which one year as a senior Facilities Management Officer or equivalents in the area of facilities management.  

Job Purpose To support the Bank’s day-to-day smooth operations through coordinating and follow-up on preventative and corrective form/ maintenance works of general conservation, office equipment conservation, electrical maintenance, monitoring fleet management, proper follow-up of serviceability and PBX, and mail service, and effective resource and facility utilization.
