Position 1: Human Resource Management Officer  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

B.A Degree in  mortal resource management, Management or other Business related fields with 4 years of experience out of which 2 years as Junior Human Resource officer  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as training and development officer.  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 3: Manager, Human Resource Development  

Minimum qualification and work experience Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 6/8 years of experience respectively of which 2 year as senior officer/ Team leader in training and development area.  

Location Head Office  

Position 4: Senior Banking Business Officer  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience independently of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.  

Location Dire Dawa and Chiro  

Position 5: Commercial Customer Relationship Manager  

Minimum qualification and work experience 

Master’s Degree/ BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields 

4/6 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as officer in Financing & Investment( Credit) area. 

Knowledge of IFB is  profitable  

Location Addis Ababa  

Position 6: Branch Manager 

Minimum qualification and work experience BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business- related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as  elderly officer/ customer service manager or original part in branch banking area.  

Location Sebeta  

Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Salary As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.  

Employment Type Full time on the bank premises
