Position 1: Marketing Administrative – MEIA Graduate Program
Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of marketing plans
• Manage and execute communication on applicable digital and social media, including company websites and intranet sites
• Secure original implementation of concepts, product or brand strategies as well as targeted campaigns and launches
• Responsible for providing market data for analyzing sales performance and product positioning and handling executive marketing tasks similar to legal approvals, documentation, etc.
• Prepare and manage the ordering of marketing materials and make relationships with applicable suppliers, customers, or other stakeholders
• Responsible for increasing brand awareness by implementing the Company’s strategies and programs and localizing indigenous enterprises to achieve targeted request share.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or applicable field.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Position 2: IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities
• Assist and support end-users by troubleshooting IT systems and software, registering and following- up on caretaker tickets, provide training to ensure that Digital IT tools are used effectively and become a source of competitive advantage
• To have professional responsibility and stay current with technological developments, contribute and recommend solutions to ensure Jotun operates with optimized solutions and takes advantage of new technology in existing and new markets.
• Coordinate with IT vendors in the installation of systems, devices, and components and troubleshooting problems to enable the smooth handling of everyday business operations.
• Be responsible for ensuring applicable maintenance contracts and licenses are maintained and conduct regular reviews to ensure we're biddable.
• Responsible for all incidents, events, and service requests that are assigned to be resolved and attended to within the service levels dictated at the End to End Framework by regular KPI reporting and monitoring
• Run improvement initiatives locally, moving users to be more digital than homemade in the way of work by conducting training, developing integrating new solutions and engaging the business, and aligning to global and Indigenous strategies to ensure that they're carried out in the most effective and digital way.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or applicable field
• 2-3 years of work experience in a related field
• Proficiency in English is required.
