Position 1: Sales Representatives
Required Qualification and Experience
Education MA/ MSC/ BA/ BSC in Marketing Management/ Sales Operation or related fields of study
Experience: 2/ 4 years of experience in sales management in the Beverage industry.

Role Description
The sales representative is responsible for increasing sales volume within their assigned home/ region in order to ensure the competitiveness and innovation of the company and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Every day aiming to achieve 100 of the. set target
Visit outlets and customers on a diurnal basis.
Completely engages and takes responsibility for the timely completion (100) of all promotional conditioning and submission of documents within a set timeline after the activation.
Demonstrates high visibility on the request through customer development and customer relationship management. Spend 100 of the time on trade..
Ensures attendance at morning meetings
Responsible for on-time submission of daily/ yearly trip plan and adherence to it ensure daily early morning deliveries
Performs other analogous tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Position 2: Senior Welder
Required Qualification and Experience
Education Certificate in general metal fabrication/Advanced diploma/BSc. In Vocational or Technical School
Work experience: 5/ 8 years of applicable experience in welding and metal fabrication, preferably in the Food industry.
Workplace Western Shewa/ Ginchi Desired Attributes
Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical outfit, and homemade tools
Familiar with kaizen/ 5S to organize the workplace
A strong understanding of metal technology
Strong skills in work-order execution, extensive knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and designs
A strong logical skill
Team player
Ability to work under pressure with lower supervision
Familiar with TIG, MIG, and arc welding machine working principles expansive knowledge of DT and NDT to ensure the strength of the welded joint.
Ability to perform argon gas purging during welding for food contact pipeline/ surface
Strong understanding of different safe working permits, similar to Hot work, work at height, electrical work, and others.

Role Description
We're seeking an experienced and educated senior welder to join the Kegna Beverage Share Company platoon. He she is responsible for performing colorful welding tasks on essential factors and machinery, ensuring high-quality welding tasks and attention to detail.
Suitable to propose new welding processes and possibly take part in their development.
Key Responsibilities
- Read engineering drawings, lay out, position, and secure corridors and assemblies using a straight edge, a combination square, calipers, and a ruler.
- Provide Welding and Fabrication services using state-of-the-art welding outfits such as TIG, MIG, arc welding, and oxyacetylene welding outfits.
- Weld small and large metal components, similar to channels, blockish bar, beams, flat metal, and all other parts as required for the specific task.
- Operating welding outfits similar to MIG, TIG, and bow welders to join, fabricate, and form essential factors.
- Cut work pieces using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knife, Tack-welds or welds factors and assemblies, using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment. 7, Weld components in flat, perpendicular, and overhead positions.

Position 3: Manager, Area Sales
Required Qualification and Experience

Role Description
The area sales manager is responsible for leading, motivating, coaching, and monitoring an area sales team, key distributors, distribution partners of distributors, and their crews. He she also manages the deals platoon/ s to execute the sales plans to deliver sustainable growth, sales volume, request share, and competitive advantage to deliver business goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the selection, recruitment, orientation, and training of all sales staff, including sales reps of the distributor.
Coaches & builds the capabilities of sales staff and the distributor’s crew members through harmonious & ongoing on-the-job training.
Responsible for the implementation and daily follow-up of the company’s route-to-request strategy, including the ways of working within the distributor’s( agent’s) business
Establishes, maintains, and expands the indigenous customer base in line with the. The company’s vision and charge statements
Close monitoring of stock situations in the storehouse and satellite storage of the distributor in confluence with the distribution department to ensure zero stock-outs of product.
Responsible for the prosecution of the company’s pricing strategy. including regular feedback to the business about changing trends in the business and competitor activities
Create a culture within the region to build sound customer connections.
Suitable to develop sales updates, presentations, and business proposals to support indigenous growth.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
