Position Enterprise Systems and Application Expert
Job Purpose
To dissect and interpret data from ERP methods to help companies make advanced decisions about how they operate.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business necessities from crucial stakeholders, and help in creating undertaking plans and timelines to realize profitable implementation,
Guide inside and external assets by ERP implementation phases, analysis, troubleshooting and optimization,
Interface with ERP vendors and ensure high quality( performance, cost, and timeliness) of companies delivered,
Identify enhancements in enterprise operation workflow and guarantee correct implementation in ERP and different enterprise purposes,
Train and coach end-users,
Supporting a company’s information safety policies by making certain that entry is simply given to approved staff on a need-to-know foundation.
furnishing help for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting points with present styles or creating new methods as wanted to help new enterprise conditions,
Perform different duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualification and Skills
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Application, Database Administration, Information System or Information science, Information data Science and Analytics ICT Service Management Cloud Computing, or related field of studies
Expereinace
