QUALIFICATION
BA degree in accounting or an original combination of education and work experience
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of applicable experience.
Excellent proven knowledge of MS Office( Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with using Accounting Software’s Agresso system is preferable.
Experience in staff management is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY
Strong account and logical skill
Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices, flexibility in working long hours, and ability to work with incoming surge teams;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English;

Position 2 Youth Facilitator/ Trainer
Job Requirements
Year of service (2- 3 years)
Bachelor's degree in field( s) similar to sociology, Community development and adult education, pastoral development, business Education, Business, experimental psychology, economics, commerce, and related courses
Age 21- 25
Speaks the original language fluently.
Excellent understanding of the culture and ways of living of target communities.
Good written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excellent awareness about communities, government structure, etc.
Good report writing skills; suitable for collecting documents and sharing records and information.
Ability and willingness to travel and work in pastoral Kebeles where the program is enforced, within approved security frameworks.
Basic computer skills and mobile literacy are desirable.
Experiences of working in NGOs; and communities at the lawn root level are advantageous
Experiences in volunteering, community service, and passion for development work are advantageous
Desirable
- Experience working with Women, Income Generating Groups, training facilitation, Coaching, and Mentoring youth.
- Work experience in productive areas and knowledge of the original culture are advantageous
