Position 1: Accountant  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: BA or MA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.  

Experience: 1 year.  of applicable experience  work Placechora/ Iluababor zone

Duties and Responsibilities  

Records and maintains applicable financial transactions and accounts based on the company's policies and procedures.  Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare financial statements, including yearly and periodic accounts.  

Organizes, files, and keeps financial source documents.  

Prepares and maintains yearly bank account records, reconciliations, and accounting documentation.  

Records earnings, charges, supplements, adaptations, etc., accurately and appropriately.  

Post transactions to the general ledger accurately and timely manner.  

Records, corrects, and adjusts journal entries and prepares a trial balance.  

Collects and files financial documents from colorful units, balances the daily records, and prepares a proof sheet and supporting documents  

Maintains tracers for all suspense accounts and checks the agreement of the total with the separate general tally balance.  

Prepares and submits timely, accurate, and complete periodic financial statements for review.  

Identifies and codes all financial documents based on the chart of accounts of the Company.  

Organizes, files, and keeps financial source documents  

Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. 

Position 2: HR and Admin Expert  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field  

Professional certifications related to HR and administration are profitable.  

Experience of 2 years for a BA, preferably within the construction or related industry.  

Workplace: Gelena/ Guji Zone

Job Purpose

Main Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Onboards new employees, providing them with the information and resources they need to be successful,  
  • Manages employee relations, including resolving disputes and enforcing company policy,  
  • Handles correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages,  
  • Ensures proper filing and recording of staff files,  
  • Compiles staff documents for pension registration,  
  • Distribution of employee pay slips,  
  • Prepares and processes hiring documentation, 
  • Collect and maintain employee files,
  • similar to applications, resumes, and other documents,  
  • Completes staff attendance lists, manages employee absences and leave balance,
  • Controls food supply and related materials which is supplied for guests, ensuring the availability of drinking water and soft drinks.  
  • Monitors the staff canteen and ensures it's up to the standard with FSMS,  
  • Dispatches, routes, and tracks vehicles,  
  • Ensures that the facility is fully functional with all utilities functioning properly,  
  • Follow up all maintenance, repair work, and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment, Supervises guest house, gardening & cleaning activities.  
  • Allocates rooms to staff.  Accordingly, performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
