Heal Africa Health City is a self- contained medical services delivery center that provides one- stop shopping service situated in one geographical location. It has massing of focusedsuper-specialty hospitals that  suitable to  give tertiary level medical care, technical medical teaching and training, pharmaceutical services, health research and multiple supporting/  supplementary services to satisfy the  requirements of the service seekers (i.e. patients, clients and families care givers) as well as for the service providers. The ‘ Health City’ caters to large volume of Patients seeking tertiary level care. The medical professionals are equipped with Cutting edge technology to diagnose and offer holistic treatment to the patients. The capital cost of high end technology is amortized over the large volumes of patients and by driving high utilizations rates. It could also constitute a network of satellite clinical facilities delivering a full range of  individual and  remedial services to  itinerant patients.  

Position 1: Procurement and Logistic officer  

Qualification 

  • BA Degree Purchasing, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Management, or related fields. 
  • Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles  

Competencies 

  • Understanding ofe-business/e-procurement systems
  • Computer literacy, complete in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher amongst others. 
  • Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement bills 
  • Ability to compile, review, categorize, prioritize, analyze and interpret data and/ or information 
  • Verbal and spoken communication skills. 
  • Time management skills. 
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  

Position 2: Marketing officer  

Qualification 

  • BA in Marketing, Business Management or related fields. 
  • Minimum 4 years’ applicable experience.

Position 3: Human Resource officer  

Qualification 

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ applicable experience  Competencies 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Proven management skills. 
  • Experience in working with multilateral and diversified workforce. 
  • Working experience in HRIS/  mortal resource information system is preferable. 
  • Excellent emblematic , communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to details. 
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Computer knowledgeable MS Word, Excel, Power point, internet  

Position 4: Medical Receptionist  

Qualification 

  • Diploma or BA Degree in secretarial science, IT, information science, business Administration or applicable field 
  • minimum 4 years for Diploma or 2 years for BA in applicable experience. 
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a else  

Competencies 

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or  analogous role 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with the Internet 
  • Hands- on experience with office equipment 
  • Professional attitude and appearance 
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to be resourceful and visionary when issues arise 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Multitasking and time- management chops, with the ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Customer service attitude  

Position 5: Casher  

  • Education and Experience 
  • College Degree preferable 
  • introductory  fine knowledge 
  • Experience 3- 5 years 
  • ability to operate applicable electronic equipment. Can be trained on the job 
  • Product knowledge. Can be trained on the job
