Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private company engaged in Real Estate Property marketing and deals. Addis Home Finder provides professional services for Real estate and home buyers.

The company is formed to make home buying and selling transactions easier by facilitating the process for both parties. 
 After observing the struggle of Real Estates to market their properties and the confusion of home buyers in coming up with the right choice, Addis Home Finder set a thing to be the right link between home buyers and Real Estates and write a new history in modernizing the sales transaction of the sector. 

Position 1: General Service Officer 

Job Requirements 
 BA Degree in management or related fields with 0 – 1 year proven experience in general service administration 
 Performance Management 
 Quality of work, number of timely reports, and deliverables 
 Internal AHF working units and employees 
 External Government offices, suppliers, vendors. 

Position 2: Internal Auditor 

Job Conditions 
 BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or affiliated fields with at least 4 years proven experience in Auditing activities in similar organizations 
 Performance Management 
 Quality, time, and number of investigation reports and deliverables 
 Internal: All AHF working units and employees 
 External Financial Agencies & Government Offices 

Position 3: Training and Development Specialist 

Qualifications 
 ● BA/ MBA in Management or related field with a minimum of 7/5 years of experience 
 Which 2 years are focused on training and development? 
 ● Strong understanding of training design and delivery processes. 
 ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
 ● Ability to think strategically and apply effective training results. 
 ● Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems( LMS). 
 ● Strong logical and problem-solving skills. 

Position 4: Contract and Admin Engineer 

Job Requirements 
 ● Degree in Civil Engineering/ construction management or related field with 5 years of proven experience 
 ● Performance Management

 • External Government offices, suppliers, vendors. 

Position 5: Talent Acquisition Specialist 

Requirements 
 ● BA/ MBA in Management or a related field with a minimum of 5- 7 years of experience, of which 2 years is focused on talent acquisition. 
 ● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and stylish practices. 
 ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
 ● Ability to think strategically and apply effective recruitment results. 
 ● Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems. 
 ● Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
