Transsion Manufacturing Plc, an organization which was established by merging Weiguo Yu, assembler of Tecno cell phones, and Junjie Lui, producer of outfit, has manufacturing facility contained in the Ethio ICT village, positioned around Bole Lemi Industrial Park.  The manufacturing facility lies on a total space of 25ha and can deliver collectively all of its ICT-related brands, specifically Tecno, Itel, Infinix, Carlcare, and Afmobi.  

Position 1 Management Trainee – Sales Trainer  

Job Description  Management Trainee Program 

  • The major objective of this Management trainee program is to empower fresh graduates and prepare them for unborn leadership careers.  

Responsibilities 

  • Participating in a classroom or on-the-job training actively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description 

The BTL Manager is responsible to develop and set BTL strategy and operations. Manage and develop projects in store actions, events, market activation, visibility work, and roadshows. Develop a campaign that may create an influence on gross sales and visibility protection.  

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Planning,  enforcing, and promoting monthly marketing strategy 
  • Planning & managing floor activation & promotions 
  • Supervise and coordinate events together with the event workforce 
  • Lead the execution of tasks and ensured the implementation and supply
