Job Vacancy at Akeseker Ethiopia Casing PLc  Akeseker Ethiopia Casing PLc is a foreign investor in meat subsector and is being promoted to leading meat exporter of India “ Allana Group ”. Hence, would like to employ Junior Marketing Officer with the below qualifications.  

Position Junior Marketing Officer  

LocationHead Office, Addis Ababa SalaryNegotiable Job Description Duties and liabilities  

1. Preparing the pre – payload documents for all import payload and arranging of their  stuffing with customs authorities.  

2. give excellent  client service and problem-  working chops in response to any  client inquiries or complaints 3.Communicate with  guests, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to  insure timely and accurate attestation submission . unite with other departments to  insure a smooth import process  5. Responsible to handle post payload documents like Bill of  lading/ Airway Bill, GSP/  instrument of origin, Bill of exchange, Fumigation  instrument, Insurance instruments, Health  instruments, and their submission to Bank Buyer.  6. Follow ups with original supplier to insure the timely delivery. 

7. Update  client order, quality and delivery schedule on  diurnal Base.  

8. transferring payload  announcement to  guests at proper time.  

9. Coordinate with the import  platoon to prepare and reuse import attestation, including  checks, quilting lists, and bills of  loading . insure all attestation complies with  transnational trade regulations and conditions  

11. Maintain accurate records of all import attestation and deals  

Job Conditions  

Qualification  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and other affiliated field. 

• One time and Above work experience is  needed in import area  

• Attention to details and  delicacy ·  

• Excellent written and verbal communication chops in English  

• complete in Microsoft Office and other applicable software  operations 

• Capability to take action and work with creativity and inflexibility
