Position 1: Receptionist
Requirements former experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Hail and assist clients warmly upon arrival.
- Manage appointment bookings, documentation, and scheduling.
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area.
- Support diurnal operations with administrative tasks.

Location Adama
Position 2: Assistant – Medical Spa
Requirements former experience in a spa, clinic, or hospitality role preferred.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently.
Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to assist in different areas when needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist medical staff and aestheticians during treatments and procedures.
- Prepare apartments, outfit, and materials before each session.
- Support with = force operation and restocking supplies.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Provide general support to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Position 3: Nutrition Specialist
Qualifications Medical Doctor with MSc in Nutrition, OR BA in Nutrition with 2 years of applicable experience, OR MSc in Nutrition with 1 year of applicable experience
Proven knowledge in clinical nutrition and healthiness program development
Strong communication and comforting chops
Dedication to holistic wellbeing and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nutrition consultations and assessments
- Develop substantiated diet and life programs tailored to clients’ needs
- Collaborate with medical and aesthetic teams to support treatment outcomes
- Educate clients on nutrition, wellness, and preventative health practices
