Position 1: Junior Drafting Person
Qualifications Diploma in Drafting from a recognized specialized/ vocational institute.
0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD and specialized drafting standards.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional consultancy environment.
Position 2: Civil Engineer
Qualifications Bachelorette’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 3 times’ experience in structure design and/ or supervision.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of construction processes and specialized norms.
Position 3: Architect
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design and consultancy services.
Proficiency in architectural design and visualization software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and related tools. Strong design and detailing ability with knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
Ability to prepare full architectural packages and work in a team- based environment.
Position 4: Purchaser
Qualifications: Bachelorette’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 – 4 years of proven experience in purchasing for construction systems.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier requests.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Position 5: Barber (Male & Female Services)
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience providing grooming services for both men and women.
professed in cutting, trimming, shaving, and ultramodern hair styling techniques. Good hygiene practices and customer relations.
Certification in cosmetology or barbering is preferred.
Position 6: Food & Beverage Cost Controller
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong logical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of IDS software is preferred. Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality is a plus.
Position 7: Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as F&B Manager in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and functional planning skills.
Proficiency in IDS (Hospitality Software) is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is profitable.
