Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor/ Deputy MP Supervisor
EDUCATION:- Completion of 2 years of college/university studies is needed.
EXPERIENCE:- A minimum of 3/three/ years of increasingly accountable expertise in managing an oversized operation, with a minimum of 2 of these years together with fleet operations. A minimum of 2 further years of superordinate expertise is needed.
LANGUAGE: English level III (Good operating knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is needed. (This is also tested)
Amharic Level III (Good operating knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing Amharic is needed.
Skills and Abilities:
Good structure and superordinate skills to effectively set up and monitor GSO fleet operations and supervise workers. sensible social skills to deal effectively with Mission workers. Initiative and resourcefulness to work out and advocate measures for rising operations.
Basic manual skills needed to handle vehicle instrumentation ar needed. Basic numerical skills ar needed for a list of spare parts/supplies. should be able to use Microsoft workplace Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proprietary package like ILMS and FMIS. should have a legitimate, current third grade or equivalent driver’s license. should have had a legitimate driver’s license for a minimum of 5 (5) years. (These is also tested)
