Position Electrician
Job summary
To work as part of a maintenance team and to work planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance of wiring, control, and lighting system inspect electrical component similar as transformers and circuit breaker, identify electrical problems using a variety of testing device. Repair or replace wiring equipment or fixture using hand too or power tool.
ü Install, Repair and replace wiring.
ü Read blue print and schematic.
ü document repairs and modification
ü Manage and mentor apprentice electrician.
ü Work with contractors
ü Diagnose and address functionality and safety issues
Duties and Responsibilities
ü Maintain and repair artificial electrical machines and drive
Surveying sites, where electrical systems installed.
Drafting electrical installation plan and specialized diagram
Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing all electrical systems
Completing work order and recording materials that are used on the job
Perform operation of planned and precautionary maintenance, identifying the root cause of problems and developing solutions in order to maximize efficiency and to conform to internal, external and legal requirements
Report all maintenance issue activity to the maintenance department
Perform other duties as assigned from the maintenance department and work as a team
To perform Routine diurnal/ daily/ yearly checks.
To prepare, record and work paper tasks
To undertake applicable meetings and training courses as required.
To be aware of Health and Safety requirements and regulations and legislation governing the Dairy and food industries.
To perform inspection/ observation of any functional equipment of farm, factory, utility and any outfit/ device of the plant during operation and idle time
To perform Any order from maintenance department which can help the department as well as the company
Manage work shop, tool shop and make necessary records
Inspect and analyze equipment and diagnoses trouble or malfunction and make necessary adjustment to minimize service interruptions and equipment downtime and report

Applicable specialized qualifications for electrical and mechanical equipment

Education and experience requirement
• TVET Diploma/B.Sc.in related fields. 2 Years for diploma or 1 year forB.Sc.
Artificial electrical machine and drive technology – level 4 and above
• 2 years of work experience
Employment Full time position Golba( very close to Sheno town) (on the way to Deber Birhan nearTo Hamus Gebeya), Ethiopia, Amhara
