Position 1 Centre lead- SRH Centre- Level 2 (Internal/ External)  

Specific Roles and Responsibilities 

Business Leadership and Team Management

Reporting, decision-making, and cooperation management

Education Qualification Degree in business management, Nursing, Public Health, Marketing, and related field

Required Experience of 3 years in, . 

Healthcare service delivery management  

2. Experience within the sexual and reproductive healthcare sector or related field  

3. Track record in achieving financial and non-financial targets in business management.  

3. Skills, Attitudes, and Attributes 

Sound business development and planning skills. 

Understanding the issues surrounding the provision of SRH services. 

Understanding major policy issues of government health policies and indigenous policies. 

Ability to proceed on own initiative using independent judgment within the MSIE Authority delegation.

Cooperative approach to team working. 

Strong particular commitment to the goals of MSI and to put it into practice. 

Good interpersonal communication skills – both oral and written. 

Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a healthcare or SRH setting.

Position 2 Medical Storekeeper( Internal/ External) 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Ensure proper storage of all RH-related pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, and non-medical supplies according to public programs and standards. 

Implement effective stock control, utilization, timely ordering, and restocking procedures for drugs, contraceptives, and medical supplies. 

Store all materials in applicable places to cover them from rain, dust, pilferage, and deterioration. 

Issue the correct types of supplies, contraceptives, and medications based on prescriptions. 

Provide clear explanations and directions to clients on the use of contraceptives or medications issued. 

Education 

Diploma in Pharmacy  Experience 

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Druggist, with demonstrated skills in the procurement, storage, and distribution of medicinals.  

Skills, Attitudes, and Attributes 

Excellent customer service and quality care  mindfulness

Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and strategies 

Familiarity with MOH and donor guidelines 

Excellent oral and spoken communication skills 

complete in using computers and office software packages, including experience with automated electronic supply chain management systems like the ICM software.

Position 3 Nurse( Internal/ External) 

DUTIES TASKS  

General 

Provides nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures 

Performs nursing interventions similar to taking vital signs, applying sterile techniques including sterile dressing, ensuring infection control, monitoring nutritive intake, and conducting specimen collection 

Administers medication and observes and documents remedial effects  Education  BSc/ Diploma in Nursing

Experience  Two Years ’ experience as a junior nurse
