Meba Microfinance Institution S.C., under Formation, is a microfinance institution registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) as a microfinance institution under formation.
Meba Microfinance Institution S.C. Under Formation has almost completed its preparation phase and is working towards finalizing the requirements of the NBE to commence a full-fledged operation. The headquarters of Meba MFI will be in Addis Ababa.
The objective of Meba MFIs is to enhance the financial inclusion of the communities all over Ethiopia that don't have access to finance and financial services from conventional banks while ensuring a fair profit to its shareholders. Meba MFI currently has more than 980 shareholders.
Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Education
• BA Degree/ council Parchment/ TVET level 4 in Marketing/ Management/ Account and Other related fields,
Experience
• 2/3 years of applicable experience, out of which two years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of microfinance business
• Sufficient knowledge of company operation policies
• Considerable knowledge of banking and marketing management principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
• Good communication skills

Position 2: Senior Share Administration Accountant
Education
• Hold a minimum BA degree from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting
Experience & Competency
• A total of 4 years experience in counting jobs
• Comprehensive knowledge of microfinance business
• Good knowledge of company financial management policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of NBE and FIC directives and regulations
• Good communication and mortal relations skills
• Basic computer knowledge & application skill is mandatory
Location Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Education
• BA Degree/ College Diploma in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting or related field
Experience
• 2/4 years of applicable experience, out of which two years in an analogous or elderly position
• Ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively, and promote a team approach to enhance staff commitment to successfully apply the Organization’s Strategic Plan;
• Demonstrated specialized and directorial ability, sound judgment, and ability to interact and work effectively with other staff to achieve the association's goals;
• Ability to mobilize funds from different sources.
• Ability to work with different partners
• Basic computer skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills
