Position 1: IT Project Manager 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: BSc Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering, or related fields 
Experience 4- and 6 years applicable experience with 2 years at an IT Project Management role for MSc and BSc, respectively. 
Proven coding experience with Microsoft Power Platform( Canvas & Model- Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). 
Strong programming background in C#, JavaScript, HTML/ CSS, and experience with. NET Core or original frameworks. 
Solid understanding of REST APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and cloud-based architecture( Azure preferred). 
Hands-on experience in software development, specifically with Microsoft Power Platform 
Strong understanding of computer systems and how they can be used to support business processes. 
Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget

Position 2: Area Sales Manager (Castel Winery) – North 

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Educationbachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 
Experience- 6 years’ hands-on progressive professional experience in managing field deals operations in an FMCG association, and 1 year should be on supervising a deals platoon. 
Experience in managing, motivating, and developing a sales workforce and employing the talents of employees at all levels. 
Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and network through highly advanced communication skills 
Ability to develop innovative results whilst maintaining continuity of services through the setting of clear goals and targets. 
 Ability to lead, motivate, and enthuse individuals and teams within a rapidly changing environment. 
 Exceptional organizational and design operation chops, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure the successful implementation of the Sales enterprise.

Required Qualifications and Experience 
Education: The position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 
Experience 7- 8 years’ hands-on progressive professional experience in managing field sales operations in an FMCG association, and 2 years should be in  directorial roles managing inferior managers and/ or administrators. 
Experience of the principles and practice of marketable delivery, sales strategy, and operation planning, leading its design and implementation in the drinks and FMCG sector. 
Experience in managing, motivating, and developing a sales workforce and harnessing the talents of employees at all levels. 
Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and network through highly developed written, oral, and presentation skills. 
Ability to develop innovative results whilst maintaining the durability of services through setting clear pretensions targets. 
Ability to lead, motivate, and enthuse individuals and teams within a rapidly changing environment.
