Position 1: Clinical Advisor, RMNCH- N Services  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree in Medicine, health officer, nursing or midwifery with MPH/ MSC with minimum of eight( 08) years of experience( A specialty in Obstetrics and Gynecology will be an advantage) 
  • Minimum of four( 4) years clinical service delivery experience including LARC/ PM 
  • Experience in training and coaching/ mentoring service providers, clinical supervision and quality assurance of FP and CAC service. 
  • Experience and understanding of MOH structure, strategic documents and health service delivery system. 
  • Experience in Quality- of- care implementation government facilitate, clinical auditing, Quality planning and interventions.   
  • Experience in documentation, presenting findings, results, and lessons learned to a variety of audiences. 
  • In- depth knowledge of global and  public level health policies, strategies, and standards  ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS

Position 3: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Lead  

Must possess the ensuing requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation.  

  • Advanced postgraduate degree in public health with a background in any health science discipline (MD, Public Health, Nursing — etc.). Specialty in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Demography, or related field preferred. 
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in monitoring and evaluating large,multi-year international health sector development projects, with a strong preference for candidates with a deep understanding of RMNCAH- N.  
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian health management information system, other  public M&E systems, and DHIS2. 
  • Excellent logical skills coupled with proven ability in using visuals like graphs, charges, charts, and Civilians. 
  • Demonstrated ability to use DHIS2 and DATIM for reporting or analysis. 
  • Demonstrated experience working with large- scale programs, including knowledge of different donors reporting requirements on RMNCAH- N. 
  • Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, operations research, health management information systems, reporting, data quality assessments, quantitative and qualitative data analysis and presentation. 
  • Strong specialized skills, including ability to process and analyze data using one or  further statistical software packages, including at least one of the following SPSS, Stata or SAS. 
  • Excellent diplomacy skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal and professional relationships with the donor, host- country counterparts and representatives from other kjey stakeholders similar as NGOs, CSOs, and the private sector. 
  • Demonstrated outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational, team- building, and emblematic  skills. 
  • Experience hiring and supervising personnel and ensuring they acquire the necessary training and skills to meet evolving project  requirements.  
  • Demonstrated experience with PMP development and  perpetration.

Position 4: Monitoring, and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Master’s degree in medicine, public health, statistics, information systems, epidemiology, biostatistics, business, or a related field is required. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of  transnational public health experience with a focus on high- quality design and implementation of LME systems and use of data to improve program performance and policies. 
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing LME- related activities for  transnational donor programming is required, experience working on health- related programming in Ethiopia’s different communities is preferred. 
  • Ability to analyze multiple sources of data to identify data trends and provide recommendations on project implementation. 
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and work with partners/ stakeholders to successfully design, manage, and  apply information systems and monitoring and evaluation plans. 

Strong communication, interpersonal, and team- building skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, work, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Computer proficiency, including use of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and experience with the Google Suite preferred; experience in advanced statistical packages preferred( SPSS, STATA, R, ArcGIS, word processing, database, and graphical software). 
  • Experience with the application of qualitative methods of data collection and analysis is desirable (experience in using ATLAS Ti, MAXQDA, Open Code, or any other applicable qualitative data rendering and analysis software).

Position 5: Quality Improvement (QI) Advisor  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • MD degree in Medicine or BSc in health and health related with MPH or MSC with applicable work experience. 
  • Minimum of five( 5) years of experience on QI and RMNCAH- N in the service and program areas. 
  • Experience and understanding of MOH structure, strategic documents, health service delivery and QI system. 
  • Experience in Quality- of- care implementation, clinical auditing, Quality planning and interventions. 
  • Experience in documentation, presenting findings, results, and lessons learned to a variety of audiences. 
  • In- depth knowledge of global and  public level health policies, strategies, and standards.  ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS

Position 6: Field Program Implementation Lead, RMNCH- N  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Master’s in public health or related field with a background in medicine, public health, nursing, etc. 
  • Seven( 10) years experience in management and administrative roles under a  public and multiregional program/ project. 
  • Program management experience in areas of Reproductive, motherly, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health, Immunization, and Nutrition. 
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills are  obligatory.

Position 7: Specialized Lead, RMNCH- N Services  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • MD degree in Medicine with a specialty in Obstetrics and gynecology or MD degree in Medicine or Degree in health and related field with MPH and  expansive experience 
  • Minimum of ten( 10) years of progressively increasing responsibility delivering RMNCAH- N programs in Ethiopia. 
  • Progressively increasing responsibility in public health with experience in a  elderly specialized leadership position on a project that focuses on RMNCAH- N quality of care improvement in Ethiopia or  analogous settings. 
  • honored specialized leader in family planning,  motherly,  invigorated, child, and adolescent health quality of care improvement initiatives. 
  • Clinical service delivery experience in FP MH/ Newborn/ Nutrition with at least 03 years of clinical experience in long- acting and  endless family planning service provision( tubal ligation and vasectomy) and Emergency Obstetric Newborn Care (EMONC) is highly recommended. 
  • Demonstrated specialized skills and ability to build synergies across specialized disciplines and teams. 
  • Demonstrated management and administrative experience ofmulti-disciplinary specialized teams. 
  • Experience in interacting with specialized working groups, host country agencies, including  public, indigenous and woreda level leaders and  brigades, development partners, civil society, private sector, and community- based organizations is essential.
