EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks( private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia, MFIs, PIIs, and PSOs.
EthSwitch is mandated to Create Interoperability between fiscal institutions, Implement a Domestic Payment Scheme, provide a National Payment Gateway, serve as Central Interconnectivity for clearing & settlement, and provide Shared Platform/ Infrastructure services.

Position 1: Network Administration Officer I
Qualification
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or affiliated fields of studies
• Experience is an advantage

Position 2: Systems Administration Officer I
Qualification
• BSc/ MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields of studies
• Experience is an advantage

Position 3: IT Risk Officer II
Qualification
• BSc/ MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields of studies
• 2 years of applicable work experience

Position 4: Senior IT Risk Analyst
Qualification
• BSc/ MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields of studies
• 7/5 years of applicable work experience out of which 2 years in an officer position

Position 5: Manager, Project (s)
Qualification
• BA/ BSc/ MA/ MSc in Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields of studies
• 8/6 years of applicable work experience out of which 3 years in senior officer positions
• Competence in risk, quality, and cost management and certification is an advantage

Position 6: PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Qualification
• BA/ BSC/ MA/ MSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, or related fields of study.
• 8/6 years of applicable work experience
• Experience in process/ systems enhancement.
• Strong organizational skills who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at communicating and collaborating across all levels of an organization.
• Ability to maintain high-quality professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills amid ambiguity and leadership skills.
• Rigidity to changing conditions, ability to work under pressure & and tone-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and logical skills.
• Must have good command of both spoken and written English.
