Position 1 Triage(# 03)
Major liabilities of this role
- Providing high requirements of holistic personalized care and assistance to sufferers and families, by way of a process of evaluation, planning, implementation,n, and analysis of care wants;

Position 2 IT Infrastructure Officer(# 01)
Major Responsibilities of this role
- Provide specialized assist services to put in, configure, and maintain laptop{ hardware} and software by making use of a high level of computer expertise;
- Managing the infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, databases, VoIP, malware protection software, CCTVs, Attendance Machine, and different processes; • Creating and verifying data backups and disaster restoration procedures;

- Upgrading systems and processes as required for enhanced performance and safety issue decisions;
- Collecting needs requests and proposing results; Managing the configuration and operation of client-based laptop working methods
- Responding to the help desk requests and fixing them;

- Knowledge of Vlans and Knowledge of main Office Automation and collaboration options;
- VOIP technologies.

Required skills and{ qualifications}
- BSc Degree or Diploma in applicable IT and applicable specialized disciplines with at least 4 years of demonstrated work experience in the workplace of IT/ ICT Infrastructure Officer preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
- Stylish observant and ability in bother shooting of ICT facilities.
- Willingness to take on multiple duties & fresh tasks.
- The high degree of honesty, integrity, and self-action.
- Interpersonal abilities.
