MOHA holds 52 of the market share in soft drinks industry in the country. With an expansion and replacement of obsolete machinery, production capacity of the plants has increased substantially.
MOHA, in addition to the original purchase price of the Soft Drinks plant, has invested Birr 8 Million for the expansion of new projects, Birr 153 million for refurbishment and relief of being plants and Birr 241 million for marketing, infrastructure, excluding advertisement and sponsorship expenses.
Position 1: Building Administration Officer
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Management, or a related field with three( 3) Years of experience in building administration, property operation, customer service, or installation operations
A diploma with applicable experience may also be considered as 5 years of experience in building administration, property management, customer service, or facility operations.

Position 2: Human Resource Officer
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in HR or related functions.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR stylish practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Position 3: System Administrator & Sales Analyst (SFA- System)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, or related field.
3 years of experience in system administration, sales analytics, or a data- related role.
Strong Excel/ Power BI or related analytics tools.
Understanding of sales operations or Route to Market is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Position 4: Field System Support Officers- SFA
Required Qualifications
BA Degree or Diploma In Marketing, Business Administration, or Management/ IT And Related Field.
2 Year for BA and 4 Years for Diploma.
Experience in sales operations or IT support is an advantage.
Strong communication and training capability.
Ability to travel frequently and work in the field.

Position 5: Senior Electrical and Automation Officer
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in electrical and automation maintenance within an FMCG or high- speed manufacturing environment( e.g., food & beverage, bottling, consumer goods).

Position 6: General Services Section Head
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Additional training in facilities or fleet management is an added advantage.
Experience Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in general services or administration, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of administrative or leadership experience.

Position 7: Human Resources Administration Section Head
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Master’s Degree or professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Experience Minimum of 5 years of applicable HR administration experience, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
At least 2 years of experience in a administrative or team leadership role.

Requirements BSc/ MSC in Computer Science, software engineering, MIS, or related field, plus Certificate or BA/ MSC in design management preferred.
For BSC-6 years of work experience in software engineering, software development/ for MSC, 4 years of which in directorial capacity.
3 years of experience in IT/ ERP project management
