The responsibilities of the position include
- Assisting the COO in the day-to-day activities.
- • Managing pastoral tasks preparing gregarious letters; receiving, sorting, and documenting incoming letters; preparing contracts agreements.
- Managing personnel files and documents tracking employee leaves and absentees, keeping employee records, etc.
- Performing HR-related duties posting vacancy announcements, recruitment and off-boarding, supervising personnel allocation, handling HR announcements, etc.
Skills
- MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint complete,
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills
- Strong Amharic and English typing skills
