NICE is the first wholly privately owned insurance company, established in post – 1994 Ethiopia, to engage in general insurance business. Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and operates through 40 Branch offices and 5 licensed Contact services located in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business transaction in October 1994. The company is currently undertaking to attract qualified and professed force to the following positions.
Position 1 Administrative Secretary
Qualification BA degree/ Parchment/ Advanced parchment in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Information Technology, Law and affiliated fields from a honored advanced institution
Work Experience Must have a minimum of 7 years of applicable work experience for BA degree, 10 years for advanced diploma and 11 years for diploma in Office Management in institutions firms, preferably, out of it 6 years of experience shall be as elderly, out of which at least 4 years of experience as Administrative Secretary or original The job holder is responsible for the administration of the CEO’s office; performs tasks of highly responsible secretarial work; composes correspondence; schedules appointments for meetings; arranges travel schedules and reservations; takes minutes of meetings; receives and places telephone, fax and telex messages; receives visitors answers routine business questions and queries; schedules appointments as well as willing to support the Administrative Management members on analogous activities

Position 2 Branches’ Management Department – Director
Qualification BA/ MA/ MSC/ MBA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or arelated field of discipline.
Work Experience Must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in insurance, of which a minimum of 6 years of experience shall be in directorial capacity, out of which at least 4 years of experience as Division Manager or original in Insurance Operations or Insurance Business Support or Coordinating & Supporting branches or related areas The crucial focus of the role is to serve as primary contact and communication between the Head office and the Branches, implement new strategies and initiatives set out by the head office, to meet Co’s Strategic Objectives, as well provide regular support required from the Head Office, mentor, motivate, cover, evaluate and manage the branch’s performance and successes Job grade XIV

• Proven experience of Insurance operation at frontal line, in InsuranceCos.
• workshop singly with little supervision, and strong team player.
• Excellent verbal and spoken English communication skills
• Good position of interpersonal skill to coach subordinates and consult superiors in the areas of insurance policies. Project management and financial management chops.
• High moral standard and ethical values.
• Strong logical and problem- working skill

Position 3 Human Resource Management( HRM) Department Director
Qualification A minimum of BA or MA/ MBA in HRM, in Management, Business Management, Public Administration, Leadership and other field of studies.
Work Experience Must have a minimum of 8 years of work experience with at least 4 years ’ service at administrative or directorial level, again, out of which, at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Director, HRM Department is in charge of mortal resource planning, procurement function( recruitment, selection & orientation), training & development, compensation and pool diversity that should contribute to the Company.
Job grade XIII Preferred skills
