NICE is the first wholly privately owned insurance company, established in post–1994 Ethiopia, to engage in general insurance business. Its Head office is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and it operates through 40 Branch services and 5 licensed Contact Offices located in Addis Ababa and different parts of the country. It started business sale in October 1994.
The company is currently undertaking to attract qualified and professed manpower to the following positions.
National Insurance S.C. would like to invite competent and interested candidates for the ensuing position.
Position 1: Junior HRM Officer
Qualification BA in HRM, Management, Business management, Business administration, and another related field of study
Work Experience Not required( zero years)
Required Skills
Having good mortal resource administration experience,
Team works sprit, owned
Good ethical behavior,
Good customer handling and serving approach skill,
Willingness to accept changes and implement them;
No previous correctional records,
Better language skill, recommended or accepted for the position;
Accepting the given responsibility and being committed to overcoming responsibility;
Good former performance history and
Proven computer usage skill

Position 2: Senior Marketing Officer
Qualification BA/ BSC/ MA/ MSC/ MBA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics from a recognized educational institution
Experience Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 a year service as Marketing Officer.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer knowledgeable( Ms Word, Ms Excell, Ms PPT and others).
Excellent interpersonal skills
Have a creative and positive mindset
Well familiar with whom to approach in marketing conditioning.

Position 3 Manager, Market Research And Planning Division
Education BA/ BSC/ MA/ MSC/ MBA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics from a recognized educational institution
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in elderly marketing or customer service areas
Required Skills
Experience in customer relationship management
Experience in building customer accounts
Strong specialized and logical skills and a passion for learning new quantitative research methodologies and analysis frameworks
Introductory knowledge of separate choice modelling and simulation models
Experience presenting results in front of senior audiences
Commercial attitude and accession power
Entrepreneurial and visionary attitude
Experience and/ or interest in people management
