Nib International Bank( NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/ 007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994, with the paid-up Capital of Birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.
The Bank commenced its operation on 28 October 1999 with 27 employees. It joined the banking industry as the sixth private bank certified in the country.

Position 1: Junior Mechanical Engineer
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills 2 years of applicable work experience, of which 1 year is in the Mechanical Valuation area.

Position 2: Credit Analysis Officer
Educational Qualification B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills 4 years of applicable banking work experience, of which 2 years as an Associate Credit Analysis Officer or other original related job positions.

Position 3: Property Valuator
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills 4 years of applicable work experience, of which 2 years are as a Junior Property Valuator or other original related job positions.

Position 4: HR Business Partner Officer
Educational Qualification B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields of study.

Educational Qualification M.A/ B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.
Work Experience & Required Skills 5/7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as an elderly Interest Free Banking Officer or other original related job positions.
Additional Advantage: Sharia knowledge is an advantage.
