Nib International Bank S.C. is seeking to retain qualified candidates for the following positions.
Nib International Bank (NIB) was founded on 26 May 1999, operating under license no. LBB/007/99, in compliance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994. The bank was established with a paid-up capital of 27.6 million birr and a sanctioned capital of 150 million birr, contributed by 717 shareholders.
The bank began its operations on 28 October 1999 with a pool of 27 employees, entering the banking sector as the sixth private bank to receive a license in the nation.

Position 1: Internal Control Officer
Qualification & Experience
BA degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking & finance, or related fields of study.
3 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as Jr. Branch Controller, CSO, Jr. CRO, or other original core banking business-related positions.
Place of work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (under Jimma District)
Position 2: Banking Business Manager
Qualification & Experience
BA degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking & finance, or related fields of study.
3 years of banking work experience, of which 1 year as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer), or 3 years as Jr. Branch Controller, Jr. CRO, or other original core banking business-related positions.
Place of work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (under Jimma District)
Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualification & Experience
MA/B.A. degree in accounting, finance, economics, management, business administration, banking finance, or related fields of study.
5–7 years of banking work experience, of which 2 years as a business manager, operation manager, customer service manager, or in original core banking business-related positions.
Place of work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (under Jimma District)
Position 4: Senior Hardware and Software Support Officer
Qualification & Experience
MSc/BSc degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, computer engineering, or related fields of study.
4–6 years of applicable work experience, of which 2 years as a Hardware and Software Support Officer or in originally related positions.
