It commenced operation on nine Feb 2009.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree/TVET level IV in Accounting or Management or connected fields
Experience: 0/2 years of relevant work expertise.

Position 2: Secretary/Cashier
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/TVET level IV in body Management, Banking & Insurance or workplace Management or connected fields
Experience: 0/2 years of relevant work expertise
Work Place: Finfinne Branch & Selale Branch
Position 3: Secretary
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/TVET level IV in body Management, Banking & Insurance or workplace Management or connected fields
Experience: 0/2 years of relevant work expertise
Work Place: unit of time Management board
Position 4: Store Keeper
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/TVET level IV in Accounting or connected field
Experience: 0/2 years of relevant work expertise
Work Place: Property & FM board
