Position1: Secretary  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or related field  

Experience Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience, preferably supporting administrative leadership..   

Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)  

Fluency in Amharic and English (written and verbal) 

High integrity and professionalism  

Job Description  

Provide high-level.  Administrative support to the General Manager  

Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments  

Prepare dockets, take notes. , and follow up on action items from administrative meetings  

Draft professional letters, memos, reports, and presentations for the GM  

Handle nonpublic information and maintain discretion at all times  

Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/ external stakeholders  

Organize business  trip, lodging, and logistics 

Ensure an effective document management and filing system for the GM’s office.

Position 2: Junior Officer – Tender Department  

Required Qualification and Experience  

Education Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field  

Experience 0 – 2 years of experience in procurement/ tender processing (internship respected. . . : )  

Good logical and communication skills  

Familiarity with procurement laws and tender processes is a plus  

Job Description  

Assist in preparing bid documents and proposal submissions  

Examiner tender opportunities (review, doors, etc.)  

Maintain tender filing systems and support documentation  

Coordinate with suppliers, departments, and customers regarding tenders  

Support senior team members in compiling legal and specialized documents  

Follow up on deadlines and assist with compliance requirements

Specialized proficiency in Procurement 

Position 3: Junior Officer – Import Department  

Required Qualification and Experience  

EducationDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field  

Experience: 0 – 2 years of applicable experience (internship, relevant)  

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask  

Knowledge of import procedures and ERP systems is an asset.

Job Description  

Assist in import documentation and shipping processes  

Coordinate with logistics companies and customs brokers  

Follow up with suppliers and track shipments.

Maintain proper records of import permits, invoices, and clearance papers  

Support the import team with data entry and reporting  

Ensure compliance with government import regulations  

Follow up on all procedures at the bank about documents, LCS, and customs.
