The existing limitations are considered as an entry point to initiate and launch a new interest-free bank – Rammis Bank.
Position 1 Chief Corporate Services Officer
Requirement Master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, transnational trade, or other Business related fields Or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Finance or Accounting or Marketing or international trade and other Business or original with 10/12 years of banking experience( applicable experience in finance, HR, and Procurement) respectively of which 4 years in a senior management role. The job holder provides leadership for effective finance and support services for the Bank. She'll provide oversight for prudent fiscal, treasury, and fund management; procurement and warehousing; property administration; construction project management; and general and specialized services.He/ She's responsible for delivering the entire spectrum of human resource strategies and services including the acquisition, development, and retention of staff to meet the Bank’s objectives. A crucial part of this role is providing leadership in effecting a results-driven performance management culture, organizational development initiatives, and ensuring staff motivation and a conducive working environment. The job holder will also give oversight of the Bank’s security services

Position 2 Director Strategy And Business Development
Educational Qualification and Work Experience MA/B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Finance Language and Literature Secretarial Science Office management and/ or other Business fields with7/9 years of banking experience respectively of which 3 years in a senior executive administrator/ executive administrator role/ executive assistant II. The job holder is responsible for the development of the Bank’s commercial strategy. S/ he monitors and evaluates the strategy implementation against set targets and recommends measures to keep the strategy execution process on track and ensure the successful accomplishment of conditioning in strategic planning and monitoring, providing high-level expertise that enhances the competitiveness of the bank through crafting policy advice and developing long, medium and short term strategies, coordinate and lead the efforts of all units under the department and follow- up and monitor activities of strategy formulation, change management, monitoring and evaluation to enhance the bank’s success and ensure functional effectiveness and efficiency.

Position 3 Director of Human Resource
Educational Qualification and Work Experience Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, transnational trade, or other Business-related fields OrB.A Degree in Economics or Management or Finance or Accounting Marketing or international trade and other Business related or original with 8/10 years of banking experience( applicable experience in HR) respectively of which 3 years in a senior management/ director role. This role is responsible for delivering the entire spectrum of mortal resource strategies and services including the acquisition, development, and retention of staff to meet the Bank’s objectives. A crucial part of this role is providing leadership in effecting a results-driven performance management culture, organizational development initiatives ensuring staff motivation, and creating a conducive working environment. The job holder will also give oversight of the Bank’s security services.
