Qualification

Qualification

Position 3: Senior accountant
Qualification
- Two Years of Proven experience as a senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of introductory accounting procedures
- In- depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience with general tally functions and the month- end/ year- end close process of ERCA
- Hands- on experience with accounting software packages, like Diploma and MS Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or applicable
Responsibility
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze fiscal information and summarize financial status
- Ensures the reconciliation of all bank accounts, receivable and outstanding, office versus balance sheet accounts where in subsidiary ledgers are maintained
- Participate and Follow in preparation of Cost Building up Sheet For Imported Items
- Support month- end and year- end closing process
- Prepare Interim financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/ IFRS principles
- Facilitate auditing activities conducted by internal or external auditors by providing necessary documents, answering queries and giving certification pertaining to accounting records and reports
- Coordinating receipt, disbursement and other analytically options
