Position 1: Specialist Data Analyst

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools( e.g., Power BI) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data conditions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.
• Create and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and logical frameworks.
• Assist in training team members on BI tools and stylish practices for data analysis.
• Create compelling visual representations of data to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data analytics projects.

• Proven experience as a BI Data Analyst
• industry experience is preferred.
• Background in data analysis and data mining
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online logical processing( OLAP), and ETL( Extract, transform, load) framework.
• Familiarity with BI technologies( e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, ODI)
• Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services( SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services( SSIS)
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

Position 2: Specialist Business Intelligence (Power BI)

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
• Proven experience as a BI Developer
• Industry experience is preferred.
• Background in data warehouse design( e.g., dimensional modelling) and data mining
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online logical processing( OLAP), and ETL( Extract, transform, load) framework.
• Familiarity with BI technologies( e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
• Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services( SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services( SSIS)
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

Position 3: Specialist Data Engineer (Big Data)

Qualifications
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science( or related fields like Electronic Engineering, Physics or Mathematics).
• 3 years of software design, development, implementation & deployment experience with backend data services.
• 4 years of hands-on experience in any object-oriented programming & scripting languages similar as C, C#, Java, or Python.
• Hands on experience in private cloud( docker/ kubernetes- K8s) computing.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms and algorithm
• Advanced working SQL/ NoSQL knowledge and experience working with relational/ nonrelational databases.
• Experience building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.

Position 4: Specialist – Enterprise Integration

Must have specialized professional qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or original
• At least 1 year’s experience in coding in a university setting.
• Experience in Java, spring boot, spring, spring MVC, JEE, MAVEN, spring cloud. Should be knowledgeable in Java. Other programming languages similar to C#, Golang will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience with integration technologies like APIs, web services, and message queues.
• Strong understanding of microservice architecture – Ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, elastic microservice-based platforms. This will include when and where to use a particular architecture and pattern.
• Working knowledge of relational databases( e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience in logical and problem-solving skills, developing solutions using nimble, DevOps, testing, and CI/ CD automation tools similar to Jenkins, JMeter, Git, Stash, SonarQube, GitOps, etc will be an added advantage. – 3 – C2 – defined Information

Position 5: Specialist – DevOps Engineer

Must have specialized professional qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Certification in cloud technologies similar to Kubernetes, OpenShift, or related.
• Use of DevOps tools similar to Jenkins, Ansible, or analogous, and professional software development using JAVA, Python, etc. is required.
• 3 years’ experience in marketable software development with at least 2 years’ experience in developing release pipelines and GitOps frameworks.
• complete in scripting.
• Hands-on knowledge of configuration management and deployment tools like Puppet, Ansible, Chef, and Terraform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Position 6: Digital Channels Backend Developer

Must have specialized professional qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years experience as a full-stack developer with an in-in-depth understanding of both web and mobile technology stacks
• complete understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript libraries and frameworks( ReactJS and NextJS).
• Experience in developing hybrid mobile applications using PWA and bridge scripts.
• Experience with REST API integration
• complete understanding of version control( Git) and DevOps

Position 7: DevOps Engineer (Big Data)

Must have specialized professional qualifications
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science( or related fields like Electronic Engineering, Physics or Mathematics).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in system administration, design, construction, and operation of container platforms( Kubernetes) as well as in container technologies( Docker, Podman, etc.) and their management systems
• Knowledge in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CI/ CD Tools( Pipelines, GitOps( FluxCD, ArgoCD), Jenkins), Configuration Management/ Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools similar to Terraform, Chef, Puppet or Ansible, cloud technologies (OpenStack VMware, AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Highly experienced with Docker & Containers and Custom Helm charts
• Top-notch Linux skills
• SRE experience for a medial to large enterprise system
• General cloud architecture experience with a major cloud provider( AWS, Azure, GCP) Preferred Azure.
• Experience with building Kubernetes Operators a plus
• General DevOps Experience a plus
• Experience with Custom Controllers, Custom CRD, and service mesh.
• A Software Engineering background is nice to have

Position 8: Data Analytics Developer – CVM

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
• BS or MS in computer science or original practical experience
• At least 2- 3 years experience in data modeling, designing, and supporting data storage in relational databases.
• At least 2 years of Experience in developing data pipelines or extracting transform load jobs
• At least 2 years of experience with relational databases, including Oracle and MSSQ
• Experience with NoSQL databases, similar to HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB
• Coding experience using Java/ Python/ R/ SQL/ PLSQL
• Experience in collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data.
