Job Conditions  

• Degree from a recognized Institution.  

• At least 0/ 1 –year experience in a customer service environment

• suitable to probe and ask questions to get further information from guests.

Position 2 Retail Experience Executive  

Job demand  

• Business- related degree from a  honored university.  

• Accretive GPA3.0 and  over.  

• minimum 2 years ’ experience in frontline customer- facing service terrain.  

• Understanding of English and original language both written and spoken.  

• knowledge in introductory computer operations  similar as MS word, excel, outlooketc.  

• ability to manage with pressure from guests while delivering quality service.  

• ability to directly perform cash deals.  

• Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.  

• Good listening and critical problem- working chops.  

Location Addis Ababa, Hawassa  

Position 3 Retail Centre Operations Coordinator 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND CORE capabilities  

• At least 6 months working as Retail Experience Executive at the Safaricom Shop  

• Understanding of English and original language both written and spoken.  

• ability to  manage with pressure from  guests while delivering quality service.  

• ability to counsel/ trainer staff and dissect guests’ geste on the bottom and take necessary conduct.  

• ability to review customer trends to prioritize how service will be delivered to them grounded on demand and  coffers available.  

• Have Knowledge to Explain functionality and benefits of Safaricom Ethiopia products and services in simple terms that excite and engage the client  

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Safaricom Ethiopia product and Services.
