Position 1. Branch Manager 

Qualification & Experience MBA/ MA/ BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields of study with 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as CSM I, Manager, Banking Operation Management- I, SCSO- Cash- II, or original.

Salary As per the scale of the Bank 
Work place Branches under Adama District;( Awash Melkasa, Boru jawi & Dhumuga branches) & Branches under Hawasa District;( Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba & Durame) 

Position 2: Manager, Banking Operation Management- I 

Qualification & Experience MBA/ MA/ BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields with 3/ 4 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as senior Internal Controller- I, SCSO- Cash- I, or original position.

Salary As per the scale of the Bank 
Work place Branches under Adama Distirict;( Doni & Seru) Hawasa Distirict;( Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba & Durame) 

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer, Cash- I 

Qualification & Experience BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields with 3 years of General Work Experience of which 1 year as a Customer Service Officer, Customer Relations Officer, or original position. 
 Job Grade IX 
 Salary As per the scale of the Bank 
 Workplace Branches under Adama District;( Dhumuga & Gado Guna Branches. Branches under Hawasa Districts( Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba & Durame) 

Position 4: Internal Controller 

Qualification & Experience BA degree in Management, Business administration, Accounting and Finance, and Business Leadership. Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields plus 2 years of General Work Experience of which 1 year as a junior Officer or original position. 
 Job Grade VIII 
 Salary As per the scale of the Bank 
 Work place Branches under East Finfinnee District;( Beshale, Bole Moeco, Dalo Budena, Dambi, Dhoka Bora, Figa, Gara Baru, Gara Guri, Golbo, Harbu, Jate, Loke, Magarsa Bari, Selam Mesgid & Kajima) 
 Branch under Adama District;( Dhumuga) 
 Branches under Hawasa Districts;( Hadero, Konso, Surupha, Dari Eba, & Durame) 

Position 5: Customer Service Officer 

Qualification & Experience BA in Management, Business Administration, 
 Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management Economics, or related fields with 2 years of General Work Experience of which 1 year as a Junior Officer or original position.

Position 6: Senior Credit Analysis & Appraisal Officer- II 

Qualification & Experience MBA/ MA/ BA degree in Management, Business 
 administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields plus 5/6 years’ General Work Experience of which 2 years as,  elderly Credit Appraisal Officer I, or original position 
Job Grade XII

Position 7: Senior Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer- II 

Qualification & Experience MBA/ MA/ BA degree in Management, Business 
 Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership Marketing Management, or related fields with 5/ 6 years’ General Work Experience of which 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer- I. Senior Strategy Officer- 1, Senior Research Officer- I or original positions.

Position 8: Compliance Management Officer 

Qualification & Experience MBA/ MA/ BA degree in Management, Business 
administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields plus 3/4 years’ General Work Experience of which 2 years as Junior Compliance & Risk Analyst or original

Position 9: Junior Secretary 

Qualifications BA degree/ Level IV in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Management, IT or related field of Study with 1/ 2 years applicable Work Experience

Position 10: Mechanic 

Qualification & Experience BSC/ Dip in Mechanical Engineering or General 
 Mechanics plus 3/ 4 years’ General Work Experience as a general mechanic, or original position

Position 11: Driver- I 

Qualification & Experience Secondary School Complete with applicable Driving License with 3 years applicable work experience
