Position 1: Junior Officer
Qualification- BA degree in management, business administration, accounting and finance, Business Leadership marketing management Economics, or related fields
Work Experience; 1 year General Work Experience in the Banking Industry
Job Grade VII
Workplace North Finfinnee (Adhaki, Shire, Mekele, and Kamise Branches), South Finfinnee (Buta Jira Branch), and Adama (Awash Sebet Branch) Districts.
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualification BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience- 2 years of General Work Experience of which 1 year as an inferior officer original position in the Banking Industry.
Job Grade VIII
Work Place Under North Finfinne( Mekele, Ada- haki, Kamise, and Shire Branches), South Finfinnee,( Buta Jira Branch), Hawasa( Gomole and Dari Eba Branches), and Adama( Awash Sebat Branch) Districts.
Position 3: Internal Controller
Qualification- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience 2 years General Work Experience of which 1 year as a customer service Officer or original position in the Banking Industry.
Job Grade VIII
Workplace- Under South Finfinnee (Kota, Buta Jira, Balcha Safo, Burka Wayu, Lafto and Lafto Tumtu Branches), East Finfinnee( Beseka Branch), Adama( Awash Sebet Branch), Hawasa( Gomole and Dari Eba Branches) and North Finfinne( Mekele, Kamise and Shire Branches) Districts.
Position 4: Mechanic
Qualification;- BS/ Dip in Mechanical Engineering or General Mechanics Plus 3/4 years ‘ General Work Experience as a General Mechanic or Original Position.

Position 5: Senior Banking Operation Officer II
Qualification MBA/ BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields of study.
Work Experience 5/6 years’ General Work Experience of which 2 years as Manager, Banking Operation Officer I and Manager, Banking Operation Management I or original in the banking industry.

Position 6: Branch Manager
Qualification MBA/ MA/ BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.
Work Experience 4/5 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Manager, Banking Operation Management- I, Customer Service Manager I, or original in the banking industry.
Job Grade XI
