Position 1: Junior Sales Officer
About the Job
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address their queries, and concerns, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Offer accurate and up-to-date information about the organization, its services, products, or events. Stay informed about applicable updates and changes to ensure the information provided is current.
3. Support the sales team in the entire sales process, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and citations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
4. Assist in maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and analyzing data to evaluate deals performance. Provide insights to the sales team for nonstop improvement.
5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to implicit clients.
6. Handle colorful customer inquiries and handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
7. Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Educational Level
1. Education and Experience BA degree with 2 years of experience

Position 2: Senior Brand Officer
About the Job
1. Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
Define the brand’s positioning, crucial messaging, and target audience to create a unique market presence.
2. Ensure the brand’s visual and verbal identity is harmonious and poignant across all marketing materials, including announcements, packaging, websites, and social media platforms.
3. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support the brand’s image and drive brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and innovative campaigns.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth. Utilize data to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
5. Work closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to integrate the brand strategy into all aspects of the business.
6. Monitor and analyze crucial performance indicators( KPIs) related to brand performance, similar to brand awareness, customer perception, and brand equity. Utilize insights to optimize brand strategies and campaigns.
7. Manage the brand budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve brand goals and objectives.
8. Conduct brand training sessions for employees, partners, and stakeholders to ensure harmonious brand representation and understanding.

Educational Level
1. Education and Experience Marketing, Business Management Degree with 3 years of experience
. Strong understanding of operations management principles and ways, including supply and distribution processes, as well as the ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
3. Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s functional goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.
4. Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Strong understanding of technology and ability to leverage technology to enhance functional efficiency and effectiveness including identifying opportunities to automate processes, implement new technologies, and improve data management.
Position 3: Junior Customer Care Officer
About the Job
1. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Help, troubleshoot problems, and provide applicable solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Completely understand the company’s products and services to accurately address customer inquiries and educate them on product features, benefits, and usage.
3. Handle customer orders, process transactions, and ensure timely delivery of products or services. Collaborate with applicable departments to expedite order fulfillment.
4. Investigate and resolve customer issues, including billing discrepancies, product defects, and service interruptions. Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're satisfactorily resolved.
5. Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers using clear and terse language. Acclimatize communication style to suit the customer’s needs and ensure a positive interaction.
6. laboriously collect and validate customer feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement in products or services. Relay feedback to applicable departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Position 4: Senior Auditor
About the Job
• Conduct Audits Plan and execute financial audits by established auditing standards and procedures.
• Risk Assessment Identify and assess risks associated with financial operations and develop audit strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Financial Reporting Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Report Findings Prepare comprehensive audit reports that document findings, conclusions, and practicable recommendations for management.
• Internal Controls estimate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend advancements to enhance effectiveness and reduce threat.
• Documentation Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance auditing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite( Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent logical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information easily.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
