Position 1: Operations Manager, Bole Branch Clinic
Department: Clinic Operations
Location: Bole Branch
Spine Institute and Care Share Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Bole Branch Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our growing team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the Bole Branch Clinic.
This role ensures smooth clinic operations, manages staff, optimizes resource utilization, and maintains a high standard of patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Manage and supervise clinic staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and manage the clinic budget and expenses.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Implement and maintain quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.
Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Implement and manage patient feedback systems.
Control the branch clinics’ reception/cashier duties.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in staff supervision and leadership.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer 1 applications, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, minimum 3/5 years of Experience respectively.
Demonstrated ability to improve patient satisfaction.
Position 2: HR Manager
Position Summary:
The HR Manager will be a key strategic partner, responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resource strategies, policies, and programs that align with our company's overall business objectives and Ethiopian labor laws. This role will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, talent development, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic HR & Policy Development:
o Develop, implement, and continuously review HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the company's goals and relevant Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
o Advise management on HR best practices, employment legislation changes, and their implications for the organization.
o Ensure all HR activities comply with current legislation and legal provisions affecting HR operations in Ethiopia.
· Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
o Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job offers.
o Design and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth and successful integration for new hires.
o Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
· Compensation & Benefits:
o Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
o Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary payments, deductions, and compliance with tax regulations.
o Conduct market salary surveys to ensure the company's compensation packages remain competitive.
o Administer pension, insurance, and other employee benefit management programs.
· Performance Management & Talent Development:
o Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development.
o Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development strategies.
o Identify training and development needs, and design, implement, and monitor internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
o Support the creation and implementation of succession plans for critical roles.
· Employee Relations & Welfare:
o Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
o Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
o Oversee health and safety regulations to maintain a compliant and safe workplace.
o Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
· HR Administration & Compliance:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
o Ensure all employees have updated job descriptions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
o Oversee the closure of employee clearance processes and manage smooth transfers or exits.
o Prepare and administer employment contracts.
o management report and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree has Advantages.
· Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-3 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
Position 3: Junior Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Junior Nurse to join our growing team across our chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career nurse to gain valuable experience in a dynamic rehabilitative healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting Doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists with patient care, including preparing patients for treatments.
· Taking and recording vital signs and maintaining accurate patient records.
· Assisting with patient mobility and exercises as directed by therapists.
· Educating patients on post-treatment care and years of exercises.
· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
· Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling and record-keeping.
· Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications:
· 0 years of experience in a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
· Valid nursing license/registration in Ethiopia.
· Strong understanding of patient care principles and medical terminology.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
· Compassionate, patient-focused, and with a strong work ethic.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications.
