Position 1 Customer Service Officer Full- fledged IFB Branch
Educational Qualification A minimum of BA degree from a honored Advanced Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any affiliated field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Inferior customer Service Officer on IFB Window/ Branch. instrument in IFB affiliated trainings is an advantage.
Place of Work Addis Ababa( Kolfe Atena Tera and Furi)
Position 2 Sinior Customer Service Officer Full- fledged IFB Branch
Educational Qualification A minimum of BA degree from a honored Advanced Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any affiliated field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years ’ service as customer Service Officer on IFB Window/ Branch. instrument in IFB affiliated trainings is an advantage.
Place of Work Addis Ababa( Kolfe Atena Tera and Furi)
