Position 1 Junior Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification A minimum BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field of discipline
Experience Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee

Position 2 Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification A minimum BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field of discipline.
Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inferior Customer Service Officer

Position 3 Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualification – A minimum BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field of discipline
Experience – Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/ Branch
Place of Work Butajira, Dire Dawa, Harer, Hawassa and Jigjiga
