Position 1 Customer Service Officer  

Educational Qualification A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.  

Experience Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer  

Place of Work Gendewuha, Dembecha, Amanuel  

Position 2 Senior Customer Service Officer I  

Educational Qualification A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.

Experience Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 times’ service as Customer Service Officer.  

Place of Work Lumame  

Position 3 Branch Manager I  

Qualification BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline  

Experience Must have a minimum of 7 years of applicable experience with at least 2 years’ service at a administrative level  

Place of Work Gendewuha
