Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was established by 105 Shareholders on 28th March 2012. The shareholders are prominent individuals and Business Associations.
The company is registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Proclamation No. 86/1994 and License No. 017/12. To get public trust at the original stage, TISc commenced its operation with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid up capital of Birr, which was then by far advanced than the minimum limit of Birr 3 million, having three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Secretary Cashier I
Qualification: Technical School 10 4 Diploma in the applicable or related field of study.
Work Experience: 2 years of experience.
Required No. 3 (Three)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Underwriting Officer II
Qualification: BA/ BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Work Experience: 2 years of experience in insurance.
Required No. 3( Three)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Secretary
Qualification: BA/ BSc Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Computer Science, ICT, IT.
Work Experience: 4 years of experience.
Required No. 1( One)
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 4: Administrative Secretary
Qualification: BA/ BSc Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Computer Science, ICT, IT.
Work Experience 4 years( Degree holders)/ 6 years( Diploma holders).
Required No. 1 (One)
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 5. Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA/ BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Work Experience: 5 years of insurance experience, of which 2 years were in an elderly position.
